Stunt kites and harnesses (PoD)

Stunt kites with individual design and possibly several as a magnificent team a fascinating sight that makes the heart of the kite lover beat faster. But it doesn't have to stop there, because building your own kite is not that difficult.

Here Günter Wolsing shows how to develop one's own kite shapes and realize them using modern materials: first the basic data must be determined, followed by the design drawing with all the details, and finally it's time to start building. All this is described in detail on the basis of an example kite with a span of 2.70 m and clarified by many photos and drawings.

With this generally valid basis, the reader advances to the higher spheres: to building instructions of other models, to the construction of kite rows in ascending size, to large kites, which have 4 m span and more, and to particularly elaborate sail designs.

A separate chapter is devoted to kite assemblies, how to assemble them, and how to get such a 10 to 20 m long flying body into the air and fly it.
