In 1987, the first Mini-Z models came onto the market, small remote-controlled car models for racing fun (not only) in your own living room. Since then, the mini-RC cars in 1:24 scale and smaller, especially as ready-to-run models, have offered an inexpensive entry into sophisticated car modelling.
