This contribution from FMT 5/2021 has hit the mark. Arnulf V. Thiemel took in his article “ Cultural asset. 50 years Graupner rubber motor trio“ the Cessna 150 G, Bo 209 Monsun and Piper PA 18 Super Cub together with the predecessor Cessna Bird Dog in view. The longing for the charming small models was aroused among the readers. We had to react! Fortunately, with the complete takeover of the Graupner archive, we were also able to secure the plan for the Cessna Bird Dog. We digitized it, modernized it and created a new version of the legendary model from it. La voilà.
The model can be built in two versions: for free flight with a rubber motor, or with remote control and electric drive. The structure is identical except for a few details. White glue and superglue are suitable for glueing.
