Wooden parts set Cessna 150 G
- Construction: Jürgen Bestenlehner
- Graupner Classics
- Made entirely of wood
The Cessna 150 G was a popular rubber engine model of the 1970s.
Instead of being punched out, the wooden parts are now very modern and precisely laser-made. You can easily separate them from the boards with a sharp craft knife. The fuselage frames and side parts are designed to be pluggable, so you no longer have to laboriously transfer the exact position from the construction plan. The plastic wheels should rattle true to the original and are glued together from two half-shells, as in the past. Here again modern as 3D printed parts. So that the optics fit at the end, there are the original inscriptions and decorative lines plotted out of foil for sticking on and masking. The base color is painted white and red.
The model can be built as an RC or rubber motor model.
The enclosed construction plan was published in FMT 03/2023.
