From balsa glider to high-performance glider (PoD)

Born 1919, since 1930 model building: glider and motor models, early competition successes, 1954 Rhönsieger with magnet glider by a total flight time of 40 minutes 9 seconds; 1971 with the "Diplome Tissandier" as the fourth German awarded by the FAI (international air sports organization); experience as a leader of model flight courses and youth groups; contact with model experts from all over the world; contributor to domestic and foreign journals.
