Flight model technology (PoD)

Model aircraft technology, a pioneer of aviation, is presented in the German Museum in a separate section of aerospace in its history of development.

This exhibition is the first of its kind in the world and the only one to date. of its kind.

Materials and construction methods, Development of glider and motorized flight models, Propulsion systems, Control systems, Helicopter models, Free flight, rocket model technology, hall flight and swinging flight, paper airplanes and drones.

The catalog contains all the objects collected for this field, as well as a historical review of the development of this technology.

It represents a documentation of the flight model technology, which is probably unique in the German-speaking world.
