- Are the construction plans included in the routing part sets?
The milled parts sets are a supplement to the supplementary construction plans. As the construction plans of our milled part sets are always enclosed with the FMT as a free supplementary construction plan, the construction plans are not part of the milled part sets and can be purchased separately to our milled part sets.
These are printed on one side on high-quality 80 sqm paper and are not divided. For larger plans, it may well be that several sheets are supplied or the printout may sometimes be several metres long.
- Difference between supplementary construction plans and the printed construction plans?
The supplement construction plan is enclosed with every FMT and is in A1 format. Usually printed on both sides and on 53 g/m² paper (wood-containing).
The construction plan in our shop are printed on one side on high-quality 80 g/m² paper and are not divided. For larger plans, it may well be that several sheets are supplied. A printout can also be several metres long. In order to be able to offer these high-quality construction plans in the publishing house, they are usually reworked again. The construction plan costs its price, as it represents the ideal good and the value of the construction and not just the paper and printing costs. And every plan is handmade. Our team prints, folds and shipps the plans with a lot of love.
- Are all construction plans also available as a download and in dxf format?
All our own construction plans are also available for download in PDF format. For some construction plans we also offer dxf files. However, this is not always the case.
The construction plans can thus also be printed externally. However, this is usually not recommended, as we offer a bundle and this is cheaper and less complicated for you.
- What attractive offers and bundles do we offer around our construction plans?
We offer you the possibility to buy the bundle of the printed construction plan and the download. In doing so, you save 50%. With the other offer, the modeller receives a 30% discount on these plans from the 2nd printout of the same construction plan. Many modellers like to pin one plan to the wall or keep it and cut the second plan to pin the components to the building board.
- What components or scope of equipment are usually included?
There are always moulded parts included, such as ribs, hull and frames. Other equipment varies depending on the model and kit. Mouldings in standard formats can usually be made by the balsa board itself with a moulding cutter and are therefore not included.
- When will I receive my Print on Demand book?
Your book will be personally printed and shipped for you after we receive your order. This process can take between 2-3 weeks. Therefore, these books are also excluded from the return policy.
- Why are Print on Demand books excluded from the return policy?
