Construction plan Wobbler

This is a small standing steam engine with steam control via a round slide. The round valve slide is controlled by a swash plate, also called a “wobbler” disc. The round valve slide is actuated via a centrally mounted lever arm. The control design was developed by Elmer Verburg.

It is a single-acting steam engine that runs at low pressure.

The construction plan was presented in MiM 06/2023.
